Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

Agreement

By using the UNTHAI ME platform you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Our role

UNTHAI ME is a venue connecting customers with service providers. We are not the service provider. The service contract is directly between customer and provider.

Bookings & payments

Bookings made on the platform are initial requests that must be confirmed by the provider. When payments are enabled they are processed via Stripe (PromptPay), and a booking is confirmed only after the payment provider's verified webhook confirms receipt. There is no escrow — settle payment with the provider as agreed.

Provider obligations

Providers must keep their information accurate, submit genuine verification documents, deliver the services they agree to, and comply with applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, attacks on the system, data theft, or infringing others' rights.

Google Places content

Some provider profiles may display reviews, ratings, and photos from Google Places in a separately labelled block. That content belongs to Google and the original authors and is used under Google's terms. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their own information and may report an incorrect Google match for removal.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law, particularly for fraud or security violations.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The platform is provided 'as is' without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the customer–provider relationship; our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time, with notice posted on this site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
