What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone via Clerk), provider profile information, saved addresses and location (GPS coordinates), booking, chat and review content, identity verification documents (Thai ID, business registration), and IP/device data for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

To match customers with providers, manage bookings, notifications and verification, and for safety, support and legal compliance. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

The name, phone and address needed to fulfil a job are shown to the other party (customer/provider). Some data is processed by technical providers (Clerk for accounts, SMS for one-time codes, LINE for notifications, Stripe for payments). We do not disclose data to other third parties except as required by law.

Retention & deletion

We keep data while your account is active and as long as the law requires (e.g. financial/verification records). You may request deletion via the contact below — we will erase or anonymise data except where we are legally required to keep it. Deleting your Clerk account also disables your account in our system.

Your rights (PDPA)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the use of, or withdraw consent for your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Google Places data

For some providers, the public profile may show reviews, ratings, and photos from Google Places in a separately labelled block. This content is fetched transiently and is not stored in our database; photos are served through our server-side proxy and all links carry Google-required attribution/nofollow. Providers may report an incorrect Google match so that content is hidden.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: sign-in session (Clerk), language preference and theme. No advertising or tracking cookies are currently used.

Usage statistics

Anonymous usage statistics: we count page views, searches and contact taps without cookies, without storing your IP address and without any advertising profile. A browser Do-Not-Track or Global Privacy Control signal turns it off.
